Hi, I’m Sophie !
Mum of 3 (+1 👼) and holistic doula since 2021 in Pessac (33).
My personal healing journey began 12 years ago, following a medical diagnosis that I could not accept.
I’ve had very different birth experiences – from a traumatic first birth to a mindful home birth. I have also gone through the pain of miscarriage. As a doula, I am here by your side, offering you the tools, a safe space and unwavering support as you navigate this transformative and complex journey to motherhood.

Can I do the prenatal sessions at home?
I usually give priority to emergencies (ongoing birth, expectant mothers with medical condition, etc.) and postnatal sessions for home visits. We can always talk about it but keep in mind that I can always welcome you in Pessac (33) in a private and dedicated place.
For home sessions, I usually drive/ride to: Pessac, Bordeaux, Caudéran, Mérignac, Talence, Gradignan, Canéjan, Cestas, Villenave d’Ornon, Léognan, etc.
But again, feel free to book your FREE consultation call to discuss this together 😉
Do you only work in the Bordeaux area?
I’m based in Pessac, beside Bordeaux, yep. But I can also work with you online via Zoom/GoogleMeet, phone, etc. if you’re living in another area (or country!) I’ve been an expat myself for about 10 years so I understand the challenge it must be for you to navigate pregnancy and birth away from your home references. Contact me if you’d like to discuss this together!
Can I pay in installments?
Most women and couples I work with pay after each session. We can certainly discuss it and make sure we find a solution that suits everyone.
Do I need to be ‘spiritual’ or practice meditation, hypnosis, etc. before working with you?
I welcome you just as you are. Without assuming anything.
We are all on a journey, different paths. You don’t « have to » do anything or be XYZ.
I just encourage you to be open and commited to yourself and your transformative experience into motherhood / parenthood.
Do you assist with Home Births (AAD – Accouchement Accompagné à Domicile) ?
I can be present at your birth (for a home birth, solo mother, etc.). The package is priced at €380, which includes on-call availability 3 weeks before and 1 week after your due date.
My presence requires prior approval from the midwife or the birth team at the maternité/clinique.
